This morning being Friday meant no childcare for Hunter and being at home with me, Matthew working Lunch and Dinner service at the restaurant (wait staff).
I made breakfast - 1 potato grated, 1/2 zucchini grated, 1/4 capsicum sliced, 400g tinned tomatoes, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 1 can water, sauteed until potato was cooked and then added 2 eggs.
morning tea was homemade fruit cake and 2 tablespoons of mixed berry Greek yoghurt.
Lunch was 2 turkey, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, cheese and mayo sandwiches
afternoon tea was a cup of tea with milk and 1 tsp sugar
Dinner was roast pork, roasted pumpkin, potato and sauteed silver beet with homemade gravy and crackling.
As we finished dinner at 7pm my fast begins and will conclude at 9am.
Hunter and I delivered books that were bought on marketplace and completed grocery shopping.
Now Hunter is in bed I can reflect on what went well today and what to work on tomorrow.
So, I am glad all the dry clean clothes are in off the line, however they need to be folded and put away. the dishwasher was put on but needs to be unpacked and reloaded. The bed got made. the books got sent to their buyers. I bought ingredients to have a healthy lunch. I had a small amount of meat and vegetables for dinner and didn't eat a lot of crackling. I completed more of my diamond art project. I danced and moved around for an hour. I will be going to bed and doing my night-time hypnosis sessions and then reading and going to sleep.
I need to drink more water tomorrow I think I just managed to consume 1.5 litres. I allowed Hunter to control today when I really should have controlled the day, more would have gotten done. Matthew wants a massage in the morning, so I will wake up early do that, finish the chores that weren't done today if the weather is good go and do Parkrun, I haven't done it for a few months and I miss it.
I am proud I had my supplements this morning and that I am remaining consistent with them. I jumped on a blitz call this morning and got into action building my online business. I am proud I did more of the back-end website bits and pieces that needed to be sorted to successfully go Live tomorrow.
Day 3 will come and I will greet it and make it productive and look forward to tomorrow nights check in
