Feng Shui basics - Lounge room

Your lounge room is your place to relax, unwind, play with your child/ren, spend time with your partner, entertain friends and family.

You want it be clutter free, everything has a place, reason, meaning and purpose in that space.

Broken items are thrown away.

Toys that are no longer played with are moved on and out of the home.

Rubbish is cleared away each night.

Blankets are folded, pillows fluffed.

Toys put back in their tubs, cubbies, boxes or cubes.

All surfaces are wiped down and free of dust.

A ZZZ plant is in the corner to call in abundance and health.

Sage the area before and after heavy or negative energy is going to enter and leave the space (people you have to tolerate, trades doing project work)

Have a lovely wax warmer or Oil burner in the space to have a lovely relaxing ambience to the space

Open the blinds and windows each morning to let in light and fresh air and then close down the space at the end of the day or as the sun sets

No dirty dishes left in the room - rinse and load the dishwasher or wash, dry and pack away
